Course Objectives

This course is aimed at participants who are self-employed or those who are employed and wish to develop enhanced business communication skills.

The course aims to provide participants with an overview of the types of business communication, from sales letters to brochures and leaflets, and how to use these most effectively.

During the course, participants will have an opportunity to review and assess their own business writing skills.

Practical exercises in Business writing will provide participants with feedback on their individual style and ability.

In addition to the key areas of effective communication and creativity, participants will also learn about the tendering process and tender documents.
