NEW CATERING FACILITIES ON THE MENU AT PRRT
PRRT’s new cafeteria is now open for business. The opening marks the completion of the building programme at Maryfield and has been designed to meet increased levels of activities associated with the FTR Development Programme.
Led by Chef Mark Hood, the cafeteria will offer a selection of two main courses for lunch and a selection of scones, tray bakes and cookies for morning and afternoon coffee breaks. All food will be prepared and cooked by Mark on the premises using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
Jim Evans, Corporate Services Manager said: “The new cafeteria represents an investment of c. £200,000 and has been designed to deliver a more comprehensive catering service to our clients. The facility will be open to staff and clients, with PRRT training course participants continuing to receive complementary meals while on-site.
“We’re delighted to welcome Mark Hood to the team. Mark is a highly experienced chef who is passionate about delivering high quality food.”
