Course Objectives

To help students develop their skills in:

Reading
Writing and Spelling
Talking and listening

Course Content

Written Work - Students will receive help with planning, spelling, punctuation and presentation of writing, ranging from letters and forms to personal writing and other.

Reading - opportunities to read more wildly and with greater understanding will be provided.

Talking & listening - There will be time to improve talking and listening individually and together in an informal way.

Learning Outcomes

- The class will help students to improve a broad range of written work.
- To become a more confident reader.
- To become more confident in talking and listening.

To learn in a friendly, lively class where co-operation, rather than competition is the key word
